As directed by this Court vide order 27.08.2024, the petitioner has deposited 50% of the decreetal amount in this Court. 2.

Considering the same, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'C' and 'D'.

Liberty is granted to the respondents to withdraw the amount of Rs. 3,00,00,000/- (Rupees three Crores only) subject to usual undertaking that in the event the petitioner succeeds in the writ petition, the respondents would deposit the above amount within eight weeks.
