Leave to correct the prayer clause is granted. Correction be carried out forthwith.

By this Civil Application, the Applicants seek permission to withdraw an amount of Rs.10,63,671/- deposited in this Court. 3.

The learned Counsel Mr. Dhorde for the Applicants fairly submits that out of the deposited amount of Rs.10,63,671/-, this Court had earlier permitted Respondent No.1 / Opponent No.1 to withdraw an amount of Rs.2,00,000/-. Therefore, excluding the said amount, the Applicants are entitled to withdraw the remaining amount with interest accrued thereon. Considering the fact that the Writ Petition filed by the Applicant - Management has been allowed by this Court, there is no purpose for retaining the amount with this Court.

Considering the averments made in the Application and submissions advanced by the Counsel for the Applicant, the Application is allowed.

If the Respondents deposit the amount which was withdrawn as per order dated 30.11.2023, the Applicants are permitted to withdraw the same.
