For the reasons stated in the application, it is desirable to condone the delay. Application is allowed. Delay stands condoned. CIVIL REVISION APPLICATION 3.

Civil Revision Application is directed against order dated 13.02.2025 passed below Exhibit 28. The execution of the mortgage deed has not been disputed by the Defendants. It is a registered instrument. There is prima facie case in favour of the Applicant Bank.
