Instant application is filed by the legal heirs of original petitioner praying to bring on record the legal heirs of petitioner Chandrabhaga Yashwant Deshmukh, who is reported to have died on 30.06.2017. Copy of death certificate is annexed at Exhibit C-1. There is said to be delay of 2967 days in preferring instant application.

Though learned counsel for respondents opposed the prayers, in view of the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses [B] and [C-1]. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks.
