The learned Advocate for the Applicant - Petitioner has moved this Application for sending the Record and Proceedings to the learned School Tribunal, Latur to decide the issue recorded in order dated 03.10.2025 by this Court, which reads as under : "(i) The School Tribunal, Latur is directed to decide the issue in Appeal no.23/2015 as to whether Murkiwadi forms part of village Murki in order to apply notification dated 10.07.2008 to the Petitioner.

(ii) Findings to that effect be recorded within a period of three months from today and be relegated back to this Court."

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that, the Record and Proceedings which is received here, is required by the learned School Tribunal, Latur.

The learned Advocates for the Respondent Nos.1 and 3 submit that appropriate orders be passed.

None for the Respondent No.2.

5.

In view of the above, Record and Proceedings of the Appeal No. 23 of 2015 be sent to the School Tribunal, Latur. After the School Tribunal, Latur decides the issue as directed by this Court, Record and Proceedings be sent back to this Court.

As the Petition is already kept on 09.01.2026, it be listed on the same date.
