Meanwhile, there shall be ad-interim-relief in terms of prayer clause 'C' on condition that appellant shall deposit entire amount under impugned judgment and award with the Registry of this Court within eight weeks from today.

If the award amount is not deposited within eight weeks, ad-interim-relief granted by this Court shall be vacated without further reference to this Court.
