This is an application for permission to bring the legal representatives of original appellant late Gyanoba on record. 2.

The original appellant - Gyanoba died on 25th August 2025 and his death certificate is produced on record. Since the cause of action still survives and legal representative has stepped in the shoes of the appellant - Gyanoba, i find that no prejudice would be caused if the present application is allowed.

Accordingly, the application is allowed.
