Applicants seek to condone delay of 3773 and 2829 days caused in preferring first appeals. It is submitted that for the reasons stated in the applications, the delay deserves to be condoned.

Avernments of the applications have gone uncontroverted. I find no oblique motive on the part of the applicants in preferring the applications belatedly. Applicants are ready to give up interest and statutory benefits for the delayed period. 3.

For the reasons stated in the applications, the civil applications are allowed. The delay stands condoned subject to condition that the applicants shall not be entitled to claim interest and statutory benefits for the delayed period. Office shall register the first appeals. The civil applications are disposed of.
