In spite of directions issued by Director, Higher Education/Respondent No. 2 to respondent No. 3 on 22.07.2025 and though more than eight months have lapsed, till date, respondent No. 3 has not implemented the said directions. Repeatedly adjournments are being sought by learned AGP for taking instructions and/or filing reply.

If the directions are not complied within four weeks from today, respondent No. 3 shall personally remain present before this Court on the next date.
