Applicants seek to receive amount of Rs. 4,93,857/- deposited by the respondent - acquiring body, which is entire amount under the award.

In similarly situated matters claimants are permitted to receive 75% of the amount deposited on furnishing undertaking. I propose to follow the same course.

The civil application is allowed partly. The applicants permitted to receive 75% of the amount deposited with accrued
