Applicants seek to condone delay of 436 days caused in filing application for setting aside abatement and bring legal heirs of deceased Gunaji Bhima Honpake on record. 2.

The cause of action survives against the legal heirs of the deceased applicant. It is desirable to condone the delay. The civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses B, C and C1. The civil application is disposed of.
