Applicants seek condonation of delay of 3785 and 5078 days respectively caused in filing application for setting aside abatement and bringing the legal heirs of deceased applicants - claimant Nos. 3 and 4 respectively on record. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, it is desirable to condone the delay. The civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B' to 'D'. The civil application is disposed of. 3.
