By the present application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay 72 days caused while lodging the appeal against the judgment and award dated 03.07.2025 passed by the learned Commissioner under the Employees Compensation Act in WCA (B) No.17/2024. 2.

Issue notice to the non-applicants made returnable on 26.02.2026. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the applicant/insurance company has deposited the entire amount of compensation before the Commissioner.
