The present Civil Application is filed for restoration of the writ petition, which came to be dismissed for non-supply of copies for issuance of notice to respondent No. 6.

For the reasons stated in the application, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. The writ petition is restored to its original file.

After restoration of the petition, issue notice to respondent No. 6, returnable on 13.03.2026. Learned Advocate for the petitioner shall supply the requisite copies for issuance of notice to respondent No. 6 within a period of two weeks from today.
