This application is filed to bring on record the legal representatives of deceased Bhanudas Laxman Ganjewar -original claimant. Deceased died on 18.04.2021. There is delay in filing appeal of [1262] days.

For the reasons stated in the application, delay stands condoned. Application is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out in the title clause within two weeks from today.

This application is for condonation of delay caused in filing the appeal challenging the judgment and award to the extent of not allowing the prayer of the original claimants. Since the application is filing claimants who lost their land in acquisition proceedings. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, this Court is inclined to allow the application. Application stands allowed. Office to register the first appeal.

The delay shall be condoned on condition that the claimants shall not claim any interest and statutory benefit for the period of delay. 4.

The affidavit to that effect be filed in the main appeal. 5.

The applicants also shall deposit an amount of Rs.3,000/-[Rs. Three Thousand only) to the learned Government Pleader Library of this Court within three weeks from today.
