By the present application, the applicants prays for condonation of delay of 72 days caused in filing appeal against the judgment and award dated 10.07.2025, passed by the learned Commissioner under the Employees Compensation and the Labour Court, Jalna in Application No. WCA (C) - 3 of 2021.

The learned Counsel appearing for the non applicant No. 1, has fairly raised no objection and stated that, explanations given by the applicants in paragraph No. 3 and 6 are substantial to condone the delay.

In view of the above, the delay of 72 days caused in filing the appeal is hereby condoned.

The office to register the First Appeal Stamp No. 34669 of 2025 and placed before this Court on 04.02.2026. 7.

Accordingly, the Civil Application bearing No. 13109 of 2025 is disposed of.
