Learned Advocate Mr. Shubham Khoche holding for learned Advocate Mr. S.D. Nimbalkar submits that Civil Application has been filed for amendment, taking into consideration the development in the case. As regards application is concerned, issue notice to respondents. Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos.1 and 2. Learned Advocate Mr. S.S. Tope waives notice for respondent Nos.3 to 6.

906_WP_8332_2025 Taking into consideration the fact that the Civil Application is in respect of amendment in view of subsequent events, it is allowed. Amendment to be carried out within a period of one week. Learned Advocate for petitioners also submits that property belonging to petitioner No.1 has been demolished and, therefore, by way of amendment there is a prayer for compensation also. Up till now the notice in respect of the main matter was not issued formally. Therefore, we issue notice in respect of main petition also. Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos.1 and 2. Learned Advocate Mr. S.S. Tope waives notice for respondent Nos.3 to 6. Issue notice to respondent No.7, to be made returnable on 13.01.2026.
