This Civil Application is filed seeking direction to respondent No. 3 to disburse 50% amount of compensation as per the award dated 12.01.2024 to the extent of the present applicant and 50% compensation amount to respondent No. 4, as per the compromise. 2.

The applicant and respondent No. 4 have entered into a compromise, which is placed on record at Exhibit R-1 of the Civil Application. The said compromise is arrived at admittedly in terms of the Government Resolution dated 26.06.2006.

By filing affidavit, respondent No. 4 has supported the prayer made in the application and the fact of compromise. ksk/ 1/2

In that view of the matter, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B", which is as follows :

"B.

Civil Application may kindly be allowed and the Respondent No.3 authority may kindly be directed to disburse 50% amount of compensation as per Award dated 12.01.2024 to the extent of the present applicants and 50% compensation amount to Respondent NO. 4, as per the compromise in the interest of justice."
