Taking into consideration the fact that, by way of ad-interim relief, this Court permitted respondent No. 5 - Tirumala Adhyapak ksk/ 1/2

928 - 1W - before 10.04.2026 Vidyalaya, Jalkot, District Latur, to submit the examination forms of all the petitioners for D.El.Ed. First Year Examination for the academic year 2024-2025, subject to payment of necessary fees, and pursuant thereto, the petitioners were permitted to appear for the examination, however, their results were not to be declared. Hence, the present application seeks declaration of the results of the applicants - petitioners, as the Second Year D.El.Ed. examination forms are required to be submitted online on or before 10.04.2026.

Upon hearing learned advocates for the respective parties and learned AGP for State, and for the reasons stated in the application, and so that the academic year of the applicants - petitioners should not be wasted, the Civil Application deserves to be allowed. 6.

In the result, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B".

Learned advocate for respondent No. 4 to communicate this order to respondent No. 4 - Maharashtra State Council of Examination, Pune.
