Applicants seek to withdraw amount deposited by the acquiring body.

It is contended by learned counsel for the acquiring body that entire amount with accrued interest has been deposited in each appeal. The enhancement is for ten times. 4.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the highest sale instance has not been properly appreciated and deduction of 20% is totally unwarranted when the sale transaction was from self-same village.

Considering the submissions of the parties, it is desirable to disburse the amount on certain conditions. 6.
Civil applications are allowed partly permitting the applicants to receive 75% on furnishing undertaking and further 25% on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Civil Applications for Delay 7.
Applicants seek to condone delay in preferring first appeals.

For the reasons stated in the applications, it is desirable to condone the delay. No malafides can be inferred in preferring appeals belatedly. The delay is condoned. 9.
