For the reasons stated in the applications, the delay in preferring the appeals stands condoned. The Civil Applications are disposed of. FIRST APPEALS :
Both the learned counsels are unanimous that parties have settled the matters amicably. In pursuance of the settlement in each appeal they have filed terms of settlement, those are marked as Exh. 'X'. They are agreeable for disposing of the appeals in view of the terms of the settlement Exh. 'X'. 2.
All the First Appeals are disposed of in view of the terms of settlement marked as Exh. 'X'.

It would be open for the appellants/claimants to receive the balance amount deposited by the respondent-Acquiring Body in this Court as per the terms and the office shall disburse the same to them. In case, the appellants/claimants tenders bank details, it would be open for the respondent-Acquiring Body to disburse the amount by crediting the same to the account of the appellants.

The appellants shall be entitled to receive the court-fees as is permissible in law.
5.
The terms of the settlement Exh. 'X' shall form part of the Award. 6.
Award be drawn accordingly.
7.
Pending Civil Applications are disposed of.
