My attention is adverted to the order dated 19.12.2025 passed in the matter of Sukvant Shivam Ranmale, who is brother of the present appellant and the circumstances are identical.

I have gone through order dated 19.12.2025 passed in brother's matters. I proposed to follow the same course. Application is allowed partly permitting the applicant to receive 75% of the amount with accrued interest on furnishing undertaking and the balance amount shall be invested in the nationalized bank.

Initially, the claimant had engaged two different lawyers and preferred distinct applications for withdrawal of amount. His earlier application was withdrawn. Learned counsel representing him in the present application has tendered affidavit which is marked at Exh.X. In lieu of the affidavit, it is possible to entertain the present application. 7.

Civil application is disposed of.
