This is an application for condonation of delay of 59 days caused in filing first appeal.

Perused the application and heard learned advocates for the applicant and respondent Nos. 1 and 2. Learned advocate for said respondents strongly opposed the application. Considering the reasons stated in the application, it appears that the delay caused is not deliberate. Therefore, the application is allowed. The delay caused in filing the appeal is condoned in the interest of justice.

In first appeal, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 23.04.2026. Learned advocate waives notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2. Call for record and proceedings.
