This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing application for review of judgment and order dated 18.07.2025 passed in Writ Petition No.5939 of 2022. It is stated that the delay is occasioned due to time consumed in obtaining appropriate legal opinion with respect to filing of review application. Although the learned advocate for the respondent No.1/original petitioner strongly opposed the application, for the reasons mentioned in the application and also having regard to the fact that the delay is not inordinate, application for condonation of delay is allowed.
