According to applicant entire amount of compensation would be Rs. 1,02,82,519/-. The respondent-Acquiring Body deposited Rs. 38,56,457/-. The applicant was permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount on certain conditions.

It would be appropriate to permit the applicant to receive the balance amount with accrued interest on furnishing undertaking. 5.
