This is an Application for condonation of delay of 2401 days in preferring the Application for restoration of Appeal (Stamp) No.13780/2018, which was dismissed for want of removal of office objection.

For the reasons stated in the Application, the Application is allowed in terms of Prayer Clauses - 'A' and 'B', subject to payment of costs of Rs.2000/- by the Applicants, to be paid to the Bar Association of the learned Reference Court within a period of four

(04) weeks. A copy of the receipt of payment of costs shall be produced before the concerned office of this Court. 4.

The Appellants shall not be entitled to interest for the delayed period.
