These are the applications for condonation of 4068 and 2731 days delay caused in filing the Civil Applications for bringing the legal representatives of deceased Sakharam Rangnath Chavan and Vitthal Hari Sangle respectively on record as well as for setting aside abatement.

Learned AGP for the respondents / State strongly

(( 2 )) 922 & 923 opposed the applications and submitted that there is no sufficient reasons to condone the delay.

Perused the applications. Considering the reasons stated therein, it appears that the delay is not deliberately caused. Hence, the applications deserve to be allowed in the interest of justice. Hence, the following order:

::ORDER::

a.

The applications are allowed by setting aside the abatement.

b.

The delay of 4068 and 2731 days delay caused in filing the Civil Applications for bringing the legal representatives of deceased Sakharam Rangnath Chavan and Vitthal Hari Sangle respectively on record is condoned.

c.

The applicants are directed to amend the appeal memo by bringing the legal representatives of the deceased on record within a period of one week from today.

d.

The Civil Applications are disposed of.
