Present petition takes exception to order dated 09.10.2025 passed below Exhibit-2 by Joint Charity Commissioner, Latur in Appeal No.44 of 2025, thereby rejecting application for stay of judgment of Deputy Charity Commissioner, Beed in Inquiry No.1408 of 2015.

On 21.10.2025, notice of this petition was issued to respondents and by way of interim relief, election program in respect of trust in question was deferred. The interim relief granted by this Court is in force for more than last six months. In this backdrop, instead of delving into merits of contentions raised by parties, it would be appropriate, if appeal pending before Joint Charity Commissioner is expeditiously decided on its own merit. In result, following order is passed :

ORDER

(i) Writ Petition stands disposed of with direction to Joint Charity Commissioner, Latur to decide Appeal No.44 of 2025 within a period of three months from today.

(ii) Till decision in appeal, interim relief granted by this Court by order dated 21.10.2025 shall remain in force. (iii) Civil Application No.13679 of 2025 stands disposed of. (S.G. CHAPALGAONKAR, J.) Mujaheed//
