By this application, the applicant seeks permission to withdraw balance 25% of amount along with accrued interest thereon which was invested in nationalized bank.

Learned advocates appearing for respective parties inform that first appeal filed by respondent has been disposed of in terms of award passed in National Lok Adalat. In pursuance to said award, applicant is entitled to withdraw amount deposited in this Court.

Considering submissions advanced and reasons as stated in application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).
