This is an application for condonation of delay of 2035 days caused in filing the application seeking restoration of cross objection alongwith civil application by setting aside the order dated 04.02.2020 passed by the Registrar and the applicant be permitted to remove the office objections within period of two weeks from the date of this order.

Perused the application and heard learned advocates for both sides. Learned advocate for the applicant submitted that the delay caused is not intentional or deliberate. The applicant is ready to remove the office objections. In view of the same and considering the reasons stated in the application, it appears that the delay caused

ca13705.25 -2is not intentional or deliberate. Therefore, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses B to D.

The applicant shall remove the office objections on or before the next date. It is made clear that on the next date, this Court will decide whether to issue notice to the respondents or not. 4.
