By this civil application, the petitioner seeks amendment in the writ petition by virtue of subsequent events occurred after filing of writ petition.

Having heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned AGP, we find that for the reasons stated in civil application, civil application deserves to be allowed. Hence, same is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'.
