The learned counsel for the applicant / petitioner submits that he had not made statement before this court that the petitioner would deposit 50% maintenance amount, rather, he wanted to seek instructions, whether his clients would be willing to deposit 50% maintenance amount.

The learned counsel submits that his client was present on 03.12.2025 and he had instructed him that he is not ready to deposit any amount.

Clause 1 of order dated 03.12.2025 be substituted accordingly, as under:

& Clause 2 will remain the same of order dated 03.12.2025.
