By way of this Application, the Applicants/original Petitioners seek to amend the Petition in view of the facts which came to their knowledge after filing of the Petition. Learned Advocate for the Applicants submits that though the award was passed prior to filing of the Petition, the Petitioners had no knowledge about the same. 3.

Learned Advocate for the Respondents opposes the Application. She submits that the facts which are now sought to be brought on record are the facts which have taken place prior to filing of the

This Court finds that there is proper explanation given and considering that the Petition is at pre-admission stage, the Application needs to be allowed in the interest of justice. 5.

Application stands allowed. Amendment be carried out forthwith.
