Civil Application No. 13921 of 2025 is filed seeking leave to amend. For the reasons stated in the application, the said application is allowed and disposed of.

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the learned AGP for respondent-State. None present for respondent No.3. 3.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that, during the pendency of the petition, certain developments have taken place. He submits that the Government Resolution dated 16/07/2024 has been modified, and certain policy changes have been introduced. 4.

The petitioner further submits that, by virtue of the order dated 28/04/2016, the petitioner-institution is now a non-grant-in-aid institution. He Page 1 of

976 WP 4210-2021 submits that respondent No. 3 has submitted a proposal / representation to respondent No. 2, which has been forwarded by respondent No. 2 to respondent No. 1, and the same is pending consideration. The proposal / representation for grant-in-aid is dated 27/10/2023. 5.

Considering that the proposal/representation dated 27/10/2023 is pending before respondent No. 1, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 1 to decide the proposal / representation dated 27/10/2023, forwarded by respondent No. 3, expeditiously and in accordance with law.
