This is an application for condonation of delay, setting aside abatement and permission to bring the legal representative of deceased claimant Angadrao on record and also the permission to withdraw the amount.

Perused the application. There is delay of 1291 days caused in filing this application.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application deserves to be allowed as the delay is not caused deliberately and intentionally. Hence, the delay is condoned. Abatement is set aside. Permission is granted to bring the legal representatives of deceased claimant Angadrao on record. Necessary amendment be carried out in

907 ca.14051.25.odt the first appeal as well as in cross-objection, within a period of two weeks from today.

The prayer for withdrawal of amount is also allowed. The Registry is directed to pay entire amount to the claimants with accrued interest thereon.

The bank guarantee and surety/security stands discharged. The civil application stands disposed of.
