Applicants seek to bring on record additional evidence. The respondents have not seriously disputed the documents sought to be produced on record. Judgment dated 07.05.2025 passed in L. A. R. No. 269 of 2014 and letter dated 01.08.2025 issued by the Sub Divisional Engineer are the most relevant documents, which are not denied. Applicants claim in the present appeal depends on those documents. Those are relevant and admissible for deciding the first appeal.
