This civil application is filed seeking correction in the title clause of the appeal. It is stated that in the trial Court, while passing the award, the names of the present appellants were wrongly typed. The correction is now carried out in the title clause before the trial Court vide order dated 30.10.2007. The prayer is, therefore, made to correct the name in the title clause in the appeal, since the correction is required in the names and is to be carried out as per corrected award. Hence, the following order:

ORDER

(i) The application stands allowed.

(ii) The names are to be corrected as per order passed by the learned Reference Court in LAR No.5/1995 dated 30/10/2007. Correction be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. (iii) The name of the parties will be corrected in the judgment after the amendment is carried out. Necessary correction be carried out in the judgment as well.

(iv) Clause (iii) of judgment and order dated 15/10/2025 be read as under: "The claimants are entitled to receive compensation @ Rs.75 per sq. ft. from the date of award."

(v) After correction, a fresh order be uploaded.

(vi) Application stands disposed off.
