By this civil application, the petitioner seeks to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased applicants No.4, 9, 10 and 11. Though there is delay of 1029 days in bringing the legal heirs of deceased applicants on record.

For the reasons stated in the civil application, the civil application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B', 'C' and 'C-1'. Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of four (4) weeks from today.
