1] Heard the learned counsel for the applicants. 2] The present Civil Application is filed for permission to serve the respondent nos.1 to 4, 10 and 11, by publishing notice in the daily news paper, namely, Dainik Sakal, at Pune, as the aforesaid respondents are avoiding service on one and other count. Bailiff report also shows that the respondents have not permitted the bailiff to affix the notice in the conspicuous place of their residence. Hence, publication permission may be granted.
