In so far as civil application No. 14104 of 2025 is concerned, the same is filed seeking stay to the impugned judgment and award passed by the Tribunal.

Perused the application. Heard learned advocate for the applicant. He submits that the applicant is ready to deposit entire amount of award in this Court within four weeks. In view of the same, and considering the peculiar facts of the case, stay is granted subject to deposit of entire amount of compensation within four weeks from
