In First Appeal Stamp No. 20146 of 2025 the sole claimant Shrirang Shesherao Jadhav died. The Civil Application No. 14109 of 2025 has been filed for condonation of delay of 21 days caused in preferring the civil application for bringing legal heirs of the deceased on record.

For the reasons stated in the application the delay stands condoned. The civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. The civil application is disposed of. 3.

The applicant undertakes to deposit the deficit court fees within a period of two (02) weeks from today.

It is made clear that State has also filed First Appeal Stamp No. 29094 of 2025, wherein deceased Shrirang Shesherao Jadhav is claimant. Learned A. G. P. orally makes request to condone the delay and permit the State to bring legal heirs of the deceased claimant on record. In the peculiar circumstances permission is granted.

Both the parties shall carry out the amendment in respective appeals. Amendment shall be carried out within a period of two (02) weeks from today. The civil application of the State stands disposed of.
