This is an application for withdrawal of amount of compensation alongwith accrued interest to the extent of 1/3 rd share of the present applicants. The appeal is disposed of by this Court by order dated 20/08/2024. The amount was deposited towards condition for grant of stay and the same is presently lying with the office of this Court. Learned Advocate for the acquiring body accepts this position. 2.

This civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B', which reads thus :-
