This application is moved seeking recall of order dated 18.12.2025 passed in Contempt Petition no.691/2025. This Court had issued bailable warrant in the sum of Rs.15,000/- against respondent no.2 - Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Jalgaon. 3.

Now the applicant has come with communication dated 22.12.2025 by the Superintendent of Pay and Provident Fund Unit (Secondary), Jalgaon by which, it is directed to release the salary as per the order passed in Writ Petition No.7516/2025. 4.

Learned A.G.P. submits that thus now the order is complied with and order needs to be recalled. He points out that the applicant has tendered unconditional apology and has stated reasons as to why the order could not be communicated and complied with immediately. 5.

For the reasons recorded in the application, this Court is satisfied that sufficient ground is made out for non-complying order dated 09.12.2025.

Considering the above, the application is allowed. The order dated 18.12.2025 stands recalled.

On compliance of the order, learned Advocate Mr. Panpatte submits that though now the communication is issued still the actual salary is not being paid. This will be considered on the next date by which date this Court expects the entire compliance of the order. 8.
