The civil application is filed for condonation of delay of 230 days in bringing LRS of the sole appellant Dr. Yashwantrao Deshmukh on record of the S.A. No. 616 of 2021.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed subject to costs of Rs. 2,000/- to be deposited with the High court Bar Association Library, within two weeks. Subject to such deposit, he delay is condoned. The abatement is set aside. The proposed appellants as stated in para.2; of the application are permitted tobe brought on record. Necessary amendment be carried out within two weeks. Civil application is disposed of accordingly. Since the matter is Supreme Court Expedited matter, parties are requested to work out the matter on the next date of hearing.
