The learned Counsel Mr. Kazi appearing for Respondent No.1 points out that this Court had directed the Trial Court to decide the R.C.S. No.29/2003 within a period of one year but the same has not been reflected in the aforesaid order.

In view thereof, Paragraph No.10 be added after Paragraph No.9, which reads as under :
