1. Issue notice to the Respondents returnable on 26.03.2026.

2. In addition to the regular mode of service, the Respondents may also be served through Speed Post A.D., E-mail and WhatsApp. An affidavit of service placing on record the tracking report of the Speed Post A.D. and printouts of E-mail and WhatsApp messages as proof of service to be filed by 24.03.2026.

3. There shall be a stay on the operation of the impugned Award dated 10.02.2025, passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (MACT), Mapusa, on the Applicant depositing the entire amount 9th February, 2026

CA 26 of 2025 under the Award with the accrued interest till the date of deposit. The calculation sheet shall be submitted with a copy to the Respondents to substantiate the calculation, towards the deposit of the amount under the Award. It is made clear that the impugned order shall stand stayed only after the amount under the impugned Award is deposited. VALMIKI MENEZES, J.
