Respondents have failed to appear before the Court inspite of service. The Appellant is directed to take steps for substituted service upon the Respondents in accordance with the provisions of Order V Rule 20 of the CPC, 1908, by way of paper publication in a widely circulated newspaper having circulation in the 22nd August, 2025
