1. Leave to amend the date in the relief clause where "03.05.2025" shall read as 03.04.2025". Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

2. Heard.

3. The only relief sought in this application is for stay of the operation of the impugned Judgment and Decree, insofar as it directs costs of Rs.47,729/- in favour of Respondent Nos. 1 and 2. The Decree insofar as it directs payment of costs to Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 in the amount of Rs.47,729/- shall stand stayed on the Appellant depositing 11th December, 2025

CA 38 of 2025 the said sum of Rs.47,729/- within a period of five weeks from today. The rest of the reliefs sought in prayer clause (a) stand rejected.

4. In view of the order passed by this Court dated 11.07.2023 dismissing the Appellant's application for temporary injunction whilst the suit was pending, prayer clause (b) of this application is rejected.

5. Application stands disposed of.
