1. In the pending writ petition, the petitioner has taken out an application seeking a stay of the impugned regularisation order passed by the Deputy Collector on 23.09.2024 and the order passed by the Revenue Minister on 19.06.2025, upholding the regularisation.

2. We have heard Mr Gangesh Sawant, duly constituted power of attorney of Ramnath Atma Sawant, who insists that the regularization needs to be stayed, as by adopting the appropriate procedure, he has sought demolition of the alleged unauthorized 4th September, 2025

CA 43 of 2025 construction in the property surveyed under No.20/2 of Village Sarvan of Bicholim Taluka.

We deem it appropriate to issue notice of the application to the respondents.

Notice on behalf of the State authorities is waived by Mr Priolkar, whereas the private respondents shall be served through Humdast. However, issue notice to the private respondents by making it returnable on 06.10.2025. In addition to the Court notice, notice is also permitted to be served through the private mode of service.
