1. The Award of the MACT, which was passed on 24.01.2025, is in the amount of Rs.28,95,000/- with interest @ 6% thereon from the date of filing the petition i.e. 19.01.2017. Learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that an amount of Rs.30,12,844/- had been deposited before in the Registry of the MACT on 31.03.2025. The Applicant shall deposit the entire decretal amount calculated with interest from 19.01.2017 till date, less an amount of Rs.30,12,844/- deposited before the District Court. The Applicant is allowed to effect the deposit through transfer by RTGS, NEFT or IMPS to the account of this Court. On deposit of this amount, the operation of the impugned Award dated 24.01.2025 shall stand stayed.

2. The Applicant shall place on record a calculation sheet under signature of an authorized signatory of the Appellant, showing the calculations on the basis of which the deposit has been made before this Court. A copy of these calculations shall be furnished to the Respondents.

3. Issue notice to the Respondents returnable on 06.11.2025.

4. A copy of this application may be served on the Advocate appearing for the Respondents before the MACT at Merces in Execution Application No.7/2025.
